is my platy pregnant or sick?

I wouldn't put her back in there until she's swimming actively and eating/pooping well.

she's looking a little fatter today but she's not that hungry so I think she is starting to bloat. Half of me thinks that she's dying and the other is thinking that since she's moving more that she might still live. What are the chances that she'll live? I don't even know what she has so I can't even treat her!
 
I would have been utterly surprised if it had made it. Just keep a close eye on the other fish. Hopefully this was a distinct case.
