Nope The second pic is a pic of the fish when i first bough him from petsmart, about a year and a half ago, and he was about 2 inch. The first pic is a pic i just took of him a few days ago.
I dont see any small calcium deposits where the fins are missing.
Maby he just developed like that because i only have him with a tinfoil barb and it dosnt atack him.
