Why, if there is other intelligent life in the universe, would they be "people"? It's arrogant to assume that other beings would resemble us. And, as Chill said, why should we have been "told" about it? We are far from perfect beings ourselves.

Um, doesn't anyone else see that beautifulfish is just trying to start her religious argument in a round about way? I mean, why else would she come out and guarantee that there aren't any aliens because her "resource" says so, when in fact there's no possible way anyone could guarantee such a thing? Please!

aknif, I don't know one way or the other, but I will say that from my religious background, why not if there an infinitely creative God then why just stop at one planet when there countless others to have fun with. (for the record I am a Christian/Lutheran/LCMS)

My resources are quite factual to tell the truth. If you read "my resource" then you will actually find out what is true and what isn't true. Please don't disrespect other people or what they believe. I'm trying not to. Sorry if I am. I am just stating what I believe. Someday you will find out that "my resource" is true. mishi8 I wasn't trying to go into "religion" because I don't believe in "religion" I am no part of a "religion".
