Is there White Algae?

What do you guys think is this Algae or Fungus?
White like a spider web.
What to do?

you have snails in your tank??? could be snail slime
If not then probably fungus

Why do you keep starting new threads for this? I'm pretty sure it's bacterial, for reasons I posted in your other threads.

Is it only on that suction cup? Take it out and clean it all up manually ... if you do that and it comes back then remove the suction cup all together and get a new one! And I agree with those above its likely a fungus.

Is this in a planted tank? Is it in a cichlid tank? Do you have DIY CO2? The reason it's there could be any number of things. However, just wipe it off with a toothbrush or sponge or something.

They make products to clear this stuff that you buy at your LFS, but I try to avoid putting "treatments" in my tank, so I don't want to recommend it. Wiping it away, do better water changes(bigger and/or more frequent), and don't let food stay in the tank for too long.
