Is This A Rita Rita Catfish?

A new pick-up for me. I wasn't sure what kind of catfish it was. I rescued it, they were keeping it in a 5 gallon tank, now its going to be in my 400 gal.
Can you guys tell me what kind of catfish it is?

He looks rather large, how could he even fit in a 5 gallon? How big is he?

Yeah, He seems to be doing better now. He has a lot of sand on him, he likes to dig himself into the sand, I think he feels more protected that way
