Ok i have the silicone i used right here in front of me. It is GE SILICONE 2 Windows & Doors but it says on the bottle "cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant" It also says on the bottle 100% silicone.Yah so i think both GE silicone 2's have mold and mildew resistance.

Yes, GE Silicon 2 will have mold and mildew, you need GE Silicon 1 for sealing tanks (Windows & Doors)...
