Would a 60 inch Orbit 4x65watt Sun Paq with lunar lights be enough to adequatedly light it? (power compacts)

What's the deal with these "lunar" lights these days

You dont have to have a certain amount of light when it is a fish only tank. But If you are looking into corals then you need alot of light to keep them healthy. Lunar lights are for your enjoyment mostly... Some say that it helps with spawning. I would not know. I just use mine to look at my night critters.
