It's hard to tell from that pic. When mine have eggs they're pretty easy to see up close, look for small greenish spheres. Keep an eye on it if you can for a few days, if it changes color then it's probably just food you're seeing.

It will help if you can get a clearer picture, but I think that it is carrying eggs.



P.S. Shrimp do not get "pregnant" it would be considered "egg bearing"

Looks like it has eggs to me. I have 2 in my tank that look exactly like that.
