Is this normal?

Thanks alot Holly and Blinky!

Blinky, I was just telling people my levels of Nitrites/Nitrates/Ammonia, by saying they all equaled 0, I wasn't saying their chemical structure. Thanks for their real identities though, I did not know they were sodium and what-not.

And Holly, yeah I hope they do fine, they'll have some more friends soon!

And as for the whole Bala thing, I think 'll just stop telling people I have them, lol. Not that their health is a laughing matter, I'm just tired of that being the topic of every post.

For the record, I work at a lfs, and we have 4 55gal setups in which my fish go in when they get big enough. I just feel kinda silly getting on here asking fish questions when I should already know them since I work at a fish store, lol. I am only 17, but I do feel I know alot. I know alot more about saltwater than fresh, even though I do not personally own a sw fish tank. There's just so much to learn. This site, I have to say, is a big part of what I learn about freshwater, other than the books and other literature, thanks alot for everybodys help! :) ...

lol wonder why they made this icon:

Yep, and for me that's part of the charm of the hobby. I had my first tank when I was somewhere around five (won a goldfish in a swimming contest and mom bought him a 10g tank and some neon 'friends', which he promptly ate), but it ended up in the garage after a few years. I asked for a 35g on my 16th birthday and have been learning ever since - 14+ years in the hobby, and I only feel now that I'm starting to get a handle on things. I have to say, it's mostly since I found this forum that my knowledge has really increased - AC is a wonderful place :D

I like you blinky, if it wasn't for you and harlock... lol

Thanks alot for your time.
