She looks pretty fat but not bursting yet. It's hard to tell from the pic how big she is, but you say she's a large female. I would expect to see 20-40 fry in 5-10 days.

Sometimes you can see the eyes of the fry through the momma's belly. At that point she is about ready to pop.
