Nah, don't be silly. He could fit a shark or two more at the least. I personally prefer nurse sharks. A naso and vlamingii tang would be great too, along with grouper of some sort. Much more than that, and it might be overstocking

By looking at the picture there still seems to be plenty of water left to stuff more things into. Not sure where the problem is? LOL.

Honestly I don't know how he is even keeping all those fish together without a major fight breaking out every 5 mins.

walmart said my tank in my avatar isnt overstocked? just that I should add a airstone to keep water "moving" rofl
