Well, I just read all about those filters and they would certainly be more than adequate for your 50-75 gallon aquarium. I just think that this system seems to be overly complicated compared to most other systems, and I don't think that the benefits would be worth the effort of dealing with such complexity.
But if you like working with complicated devices (which some of us think is fun), and want a system that incorporates a UV sterilizer, then you'll have fun piecing this thing together.
As a limnologist, I believe that a healthy habitat for my fish should not be a sterile environment. Ich is easily managed/eliminated by simple quarrantine protocols, so I would avoid the UV sterilizer, especially if you are interested in breeding.
If you insist on a UV sterilizer, you can add one to any other system. . .
