Is this the light I'm looking for?

I think part of my problem is I haven't been dosing micro-nutrients at all. I just started dosing micro-nutrients last week. I guess the best course of action would be to just let the money for the light sit there for a month or so until I figure out whether dosing micro-nutrients is gonna fix the problem.
 
From the beginning of the post:
That light you linked to is made for a 48" top frame tank.
It has one fan and comes with their own brand of 6700K bulbs that are kinda green.

The pinholes in your plants are a lack of the nutrient K.
I would agree, keep dosing and get a handle on the tank before adding more light.
