I'm waiting on an e-mail back from her... I asked a lot about them, gave her picture guides of mbuna and tangs, and her e-mail back should pretty much say if I should get them or not...
i'm just trying to be friendly, and i am not, nor am i expected to be an expert. it's not like it's rocket science to keep these fish. take a diarrhea dump down my throat already. also try to find the multi-quote button.
ummm, no i DID NOT. :duh:
That would be funny if they were cons. :rofl:They sound possibly like convicts?
personaly I would just let this person go, they need to lean and having a bunch of tanks does not make you an expert.
If you want tried and tested stocking lists of Africans for a 29 gallon tank (same as 20 long) then I seriously suggest you read this:

Blair.
You understand that shes not picking these fish, but getting them for free. I think that is the whole point of this thread.I have problems with Cichlid-forum's cookie cutter setups. Alot of them are not that great since they recommend 2 types of shellies in a 20g tank. Its recommended to keep only one type of shell dweller per tank unless your tank has a large area for territory (not a 20g or 29g tank).
They are a good guide to help you choose species for a tank, but I wouldn't suggest alot of those setups.
