nope I'm using the Internet on my iPhone to write this. I am in range because othewise my Internet wouldn't work either and I am using it to write this so...

the internet on the iphone could be using the cell signal and not the wifi signal.

Yes but it isn't an iPod is it? iPod is the best music player AND you can't sync a blackberry with iTunes

I may be wrong but I think by default Iphones use the network signal instead of wifi anyways...

itunes is a slow resource hog and can cripple large networks if they leave the stupid auto update going too....
