anyone here ever read the cartoon strips 'fred bassit'? if not i will have to scan some on and stick them in general chit-chat. they make me laugh even if ive read them 50 times before....

and that pond looks great! :)
 
They're great, but any which you can upload would be good, since I no longer get a newspaper with Fred in it! :)
 
Well, he's in the Chicago Trib, so I would guess that alone would make him close to world-famous! :)
 
And that would finish the job...two of the most widely-read newspapers in existence, and Freddie is in both.
 
who'd have thought it really....my dad used to save his pennies to buy fred bassit annuals back in the 60's and 70's, and we're still saying how great fred is today. lol. i find him funny because he is so much like my dog tyke...only tyke isnt a bassit. i can just imagine the same thoughts going round tyke's mind....
