It's Spring!! Name Your Dream Boat!! (got pics?)

OK slappy! My dream boat would be the USS Texas.... running under her own power! That would be so cool! Anyway, I will have to get a pic of our bomb boat (mKee Craft)... the USS MKee-biscuit. Don't ask how it got its name LOL!

I alomst named it the USS DFTP (Don't Forget the Plug) LMAO!

They've just reopened Lake Hodges in Escondido now that it's filled up again. Some really good fishing there for bass and panfish.

Possibly Lake Wohlford in Escondido, but I can't remember if they allow boat launches or if you have to rent theirs.

I'm familiar with North County, not San Diego proper. I really like Hodges a lot...you should give it a try. It's easy to get to also, which doesn't hurt.

You also might look into Lake Miramar and Lake Henshaw up in the Palomar Mountain area. Henshaw and Hodges are both pretty good-sized lakes. I KNOW Hodges has a boat launch but only suspect that Henshaw does. .

I forgot about all them lakes in Escondido. The last time saw Lake Henshaw was in 98 on my way to Ocotillo Wells and it was on it's way to drying up some, but I know the water table has changed a lot since all the rain this year.

Don't get me wrong. I will be at either Parker dam or Lake Havasu for either Spring Break, Memorial Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend. :soda: Now that is a wild time.

Oh, yeah. You could also try Lake O'Neill on Camp Pendleton. :p It's...cute.

Lake Oneill. LOL!!! As soon as I hit the gas I would be about on the other side. I think they should have named it Pond Oneill. :D

You want pain?:

Say, did you hear that the Antennas got married?
The wedding was nothing special, but the reception was terrific.

On the "groan jokes" that would be #6.

"Two aerial antennas meet on a roof, fall in love

get married. The ceremony wasn't much, but the

reception was brilliant.
"

We have to get you off the aluminum!!

(kidding.... ) :D

Simply amazing, this interweb.
I heard the joke at work only Tuesday, and already someone has beaten me to the punch.
