I will have to tell you that I sold my 40 ft ladder about 6 years ago. I decided that I didnt need to do jobs that required that thing anymore. And yes, I have been at the top of that ladder with my knees resting on the top rung stretching out both right and left painting trim. I am getting to old for that stuff.
