Before you rush out and spend a lot of money on pressurized CO2, read through these forums on it. There are a lot of systems available out there that will provide you with top of the line (read very expensive) systems, but these are over the top in terms of functionality. Remember that you're running an aquarium, not a trace-gas analytical lab 
. DJLen has lots of knowledge on setting up pressurized CO2 (well, CO2 in general), especially sources of the various bits and pieces that will provide you with exactly what you need for a high quality pressurized system for much much less than what the online stores provide.
Not to knock the online stores and retail CO2 kits, I think that their biggest advantage is that any dummy with a several hundred dollars can set them up and have a perfect system.
