Jack Dempsey ? TON OF FRY!!

I found about 300-500 baby dempseys swimming around in holes in the grave yesterday.I took some photos of them with the daddy and mommy. I was wondering at what age should you sep. the fry from the parents, and also how often does a jack dempsey pair spawn. This was their first batch,so far all is perfect with the fry. The parents are guarding them very very well even though their are no other fish in the tank. Any info, on how to raise the fry and how often the will spawn!! I really need advice!! The male is 5", and the female is 3". Thanks,

ahhhhhhhhhh the lizard is going to eat the fry!!!! nice but try having 2 a pair thats 7in long almost a 1000 fry

I will def. keep everyone updated. That is the daddy in the pics!!The female was in the cave. I bought these 2 at a pet store when they were both about an 1"-.5", and 4 months later I have a spawn!!
