my cousin has a 3 in jack dempsey that ate his 1in tiger oscar, he wants me to take the JD and put it in my tank im okay with that but my 100 gal has 7 goldfish in it that are about 4 in will it be okay if i added the JD into there or do i need to move the goldfish first.

the JD will beat the crap out of them mine killed a larger red tail shark. maybe you can use a tank divider but honestly just get it a tank for itself or give it away.

The goldfish will become lunch meat bottom line....dont do it. Besides the goldfish benefit more cooler temps the 75 degrees is on the high end. 60-68 would be better for most common goldfish and 68-73 for fancies and fan tails.

THe goldfish will be fine. They will keep growing as well. If the tank were smaller I would say yes. do to stress and being teritoryal. I have had plenty of goldfish out grow the feeder stage. They get pretty big.
