Jack Dempsy or Green Terror?

I have a 55 gallon with a male black convict and would like to add either a Jack Dempsy, or a Green Terror (I believe adding both would be too much). Anybody out there have any experience with these fish, what would you recommend. I'm pretty sure there are relatively the same size.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Either/or.
Whichever you like better, I suppose. Both fish are fairly equal in size and temperament.

im pretty sure either would be fine but you're right both would be too much cons can hold themselves pretty well -lol- just make sure you have a good, strong filtration to handle the bio-load
