Hey GER1023 is this the first beating your gibbi has taken? I ordered one on friday, through my LFS, for my festae tank and don't have anyplace else to put it if he can't take it. What size tank are they in? Mine will be in a 150 so I hope he will be fine, I am really psyched about getting him.
My gibbiceps is 5-6" and was in a 60gal with my Jag they were cool for a while but my Jag just had enough of them and started going for there tails. But they should be good in the size tank your have as long as they have numerous hiding places. They could get 18" and will stand up to some cichlids.
