I'm worried about my mickey mouse platy, Jakkie. She is getting really thin and I don't know what to do. She won't eat properly. And she outright struggles to eat the flake food. She just spits it out. Any advice? I don't want her to die!

It lives in a 29 gallon fish tank. I don't know the parameters. The temperature is usually around 78 degrees. It lives with an opaline gourami, plec, dwarf african frog, 2 corydoras, one other platy, 4 zebra danios, and 2 silver-tipped tetras.
Don't leave me hanging! Jakkie is troubling me with her problems- and I've had her since July, so I'm not ready to see her die
Ohhhhh......nobody wants to help me out. Well, can't say this is the first time I've posted something and been ignored. I really don't know what to do, though, so I would appreciate some advice.
