I had a few questions about java fern. Mine seems to be reproducing really quickly in my 10 gallon. It has several new sprouts, probably 7 or 8, growing out of the 4 leaves it had when I bought it. The roots of the new leaves are growing down from the leaves of the old leaves like I read that they should. But I'm curious- should I be taking the new leaves off and attaching them to driftwood or to the already existing bunch of leaves? Or should I just let them continue to grow as they are? The old leaves are starting to sag under the weight of the new sprouts. Thanks!

Usually I just peel the new plants off the leaves and let them float for a while till they get big enough to attach easily

I usually put my hand through the java fern, sort of like running your hand through some one's hair. And if they are ready to go, they just pop out without any resistance.
