JBL co2 system (500g)

I don't think I've ever seen a 500g (1.1 lb.) CO2 tank before.

However, it should last months, @ 1 bubble a second per 40 gallons (160L), and that's at a fairly large plant load. You could even crank that up to 2 bubbles a second and have CO2 until sometime late this year.

I'm going to be daring and say that your CO2 tank on an aquarium that small will last at LEAST 5 months.

That's a guess, but an educated one.
