Jebo 838 Canister Filter

Some of you may have seen these JEBO canister filters on ebay. I just fired one up for a grand total of 60 bucks. I see mixed reviews on them so I plan on giving it a test and reporting my opinions here. A 317 gph canister filter for 60 bones---let's see if it's too good to be true. I can say this---it's super quiet.

Has anyone had any experience with them?

UPDATE:

The filter is in use for 3 days with good results. I am very happy with the flow. The intake is on the faar left and the out is on the far right and it is providing good overall circulation.

yes they are quiet

yes they are
i have one myself
i would recommend if the filter is not powerful enough i would get a powerehead

I love mine! Powerful, quiet, attractive!

I have others to compare it to, and I really like the Jebo Odyssea.

If I had my druthers, I'd like to see a semi-ridgid ribbed hose like the fluvals, rather than the vinyl hose like everyone else's. Of course, there are many who hate the fluval hose too.

I don't think there's a better buy in filtration on the market right now. The Jebo rocks!
