JEBO Hood

I need to find a JEBO dealer so I can upgrade my hood
I have a 150 gal JEBO acrylic tank with round corners.
My hood has lost one of it's ballisits and I cannot maintain a reef tank with my present lighting

Why replace the whole hood just because of a ballast - go to a lighting shop and buy another ballast.

Ballasts are spec'd according to wattage only - so if you are running 20watt bulbs then get a 20W ballats and swop it out.

Also, dont overrate your ballast. By that I mean dont buy a 50W ballast to run a 20W bulb. The ballast will pop the bulb eventually because it causes too much power on startup.

Or else look at ordering from Ah Supply. They have a great website and decent prices. Their retorfit kits are simply great and allow you to continue using your present hood.

I can't get the hood apart to replace the balast.

It is aluminum and the screws have oxidized

I would prefer to upgrade the hood
