Jebo M31 (5-gallon)

I saw that too on Saturday. I assume at Austin Aquariums? What day did you go? We picked up another puffer there on your advice. ;)

I examined Float pretty closely and based on the site you directed me to I'm pretty sure she's a she (no line on the belly). The newby, Bloat, also seems to be a female. That's okay though, I don't need to breed. I'll leave that up to you.

Oh, and they were cheaper.

One of my tanks is Jebo, a 10 gal one. Its been 6 month et up , and no problems so far. Could I ask why u didn't like the internal filter? Mine is like a tray with a spray bar at the top.On top of the aquarium.

Thats good to hear...but you know, we have to ask these things because you'd be suprised at the wacky things people 'dont' know about fishkeeping. It's alway better to be safe than sorry. :)

I completely understand where you're coming from :) I've seen people ask if they could make brackish water using table salt from the kitchen.. lol.

I got mine at Amazonia over on Airport Blvd. They have some at Austin Aquariums but they are different in that they don't have the power compact lighting system (the main reason I bought it).

This filter was different from that. It was a little waterfall filter that just hangs on the inside of the tank. It was kind of obstructive and took up too much space, so I got the AC Mini to hang on the outside.

I have seen those Jebo tanks like yours and I love them. I would have used the spraybar filter if it came with one.

that would make a cool mini planted tank. i would buy it and plant it really nice with some tetras or something similar; not that i dont like puffers- just a fan of the monsters. fahakas are awesome!
