on ebay 55 gets you a 110 watt JEBO light, or 80 gets you a coralife 96, what do you think is the better buy? is jebo garbage? or what i figure since the jebo comes with one daylight and one actiinic id have to replace the actinitc thusforth the price wourl euqaul the coralife! yes!?

i have a jebo tank kit that comes with a double PC hood, and had an episode with the fuse plug which became loose. got that exchanged. not sure how that compares with their stand-alone hoods. at $55 it's very inexpensive, but compared with my 3 aqualights which all ran flawlessly, i might lean on buying the coralife just for a piece of mind. and yes, get the freshwater hood which will provide you the right spectrum bulb for freshwater plants.
