Job interview tips...

Try to look at it as a challenge and go in there and TAKE the job.

one thing i've found that helps is to check out the company's website and compliment your interviewer on some aspect of it. even if you really don't care what their website looks like, say something like "i really like the way your site is layed out, very innovative", or something like that.

and as others have said, confidence is key!!!

Whelp, it was short and sweet, and the woman said she'd definitely put in a good word for me because I seem "positive and open". She said i'd hear back either way within a few days and if they want me they may hire me on the spot or they could request a second interview, Yay.

Good for you!! Sounds like you gave a good interview after all!
Good luck on landing the job.

NEVER ASK IF THE BOSS IS PREGNANT! LOL

Another thing to ad, we have a lot of information in front of us, we don't have to go far to get sample resumes, or cover letters, so just do your research instead of just waiting around for the job to come to you.
Here is one place to start: http://susanireland.com/resume/examples/

Also, it is not always a great idea just to post your resume all over the place and wait for someone to call you, you have to be active and send a resume, then if you can follow up in 24-48 hrs.
There is no generic cover letter that the same every open requirement, you have to take the time to alter your resume for each post if needed.

Key: know what you have on your resume, the person that will be interviewing you will base question given your information that is on the resume.
