Jpappy's 10 gallon CP setup

Oh no I'm hooked... Must get sundews!

I was an addictions counselor up until a few weeks ago if you need to... talk... =)

That's a pretty sweet offer!

Growing from seed is all I have been researching recently and to be honest the Byblis seeds have me kind of scared the rest are not too bad though

Yeah, I'm just not sure what to do with the Byblis and indica seeds since both are annuals and I'd like to not have them germinate until I can get an outside spot planned out for next spring/summer. I've read that they just need refrigeration-like temps but keeping them dry seems to scare me. Any good sources I should be reading X?

I'd probably start the D. filiformis 'FL red' right away since they do well in terrariums.

Given 50-100 seeds hopefully a few will stay viable but I'd rather not base my success on luck LOL.

from what I have read on TF there are about two dozen different methods for Byblis from weak bleach soaks to lime juice and everything in between.. So fare the most promising one is were you soak in warm water for a couple hours then in a weak bleach solution (10:1) then soak in water again to remove remaining bleach then sow like normal.. but even some of the pros germination rates range form 0%-50%... its a little disheartening
