Thought i would share this pic of my baby boa. He is in a 20 long equppied with live plants and a water feature to a driftwood basking area. More pics to follow, he's sleeping right now

i could never get a boa after seeing that thing on tv about people getting attacked by pets they have had for years. it scared me out of ever wanting one.....ever. there cool but just a lil to dangerous
they don't usually start to get aggressive until they are BIG. like big enough to take you out..lol..idk that much about snakes but my freind has a 10 foot python that recently decided to attack her whenever it gets the chance. it only does it to her though and i think it's cause she is pretty tiny and the snake doesn't see her as a threat anymore because it's basically bigger than her. handling it daily will help prevent the problem, but until her snake started doing this it pretty much had free range of her house. now it lives in the solarium.
