well i finally added a skimmer to my tank. i went to a freinds house that live about 2 1/2 hours away to see his tank. it was a pretty nice75 gallon reef. he gave me some frags and told me about how some of his stuff was doing. he asked what kind of skimmer i had and i told him i didnt use one. he gave me an extra berlin skimmer he had that he said was rated for 125 gallons. my tank its in is 135. i got it hooked up and adjusted right and wow!!!!!! after only about 10 hours it looks like i got a cup of coffee in the overflow. my water looked so nice and clean that i didnt ever imagine there could be so much gunk in it.
