just bought no salt. advice pls.

just had my officemate bring home a bottle of no salt.
it says here it contains pottassium chloriede, pottasium bitartrate, adipic acidm fumaric acid silicone dioxide and mineral opil.

is this the correct one to use for a planted tank?
i bought this as substitue for my kno3 since i have fish in my tank and my plants are developing symtoms of pottassium defeciency.
 
Green and red logo lettering, looks like it was designed in the '80s and hasn't been changed since? That's the one.
