I'd bet on being both dumber than dirt and more blind than a bat.

I see it's found it's way to the glosso roots. I bet you'll find a pocket from time to time where they've dug underneath the glosso, thereby pulling the roots up from the gravel (making a little cave).

Is he (or she?) very new? It looks to be of decent weight and size. I know I couldn't handle target feeding them in that tank, though...it's way too tall! My arm would go numb and I wouldn't be able to see what I was doing hahah.

That group photo pic is freaky! I've never had the frog's eyes reflect back like that!

Oh, and beautiful ram, I must say.

I'm quite pleased. They really are neat little creatures.

I bought a pair must be 3 months ago now and the one digging down in the roots is a bit larger now so I'm thinking SHE is a...she :duh:

...which makes it easy to do things within the tank and stay dry.
