Ok I got it now. Thankyou for your help everyone. The 2 pics are taken with a Canon Powershot SD750. Flash on. The fish were photographed at the same spot. Are the pics clear enough to tell which is male and which is female?
Oh...as for sexing them I have read that the female is usually more colorful and will have alot more red on her belly
So that being said the top pic looks more like a female...but there is a hint of red on the second pic too...maybe someone will be more help after you get more pics posted.
Ok here is some more. The tanks houses the pair (who have not yet paired), 1 bumblebee cat, and 8 lemon/diamond tetras. Here are the pics. My catfish seperates the two individuals.
