just having a check

i have 36"x15"x21" tank

with 11 h.rasbora
5 corys
1 clown pleco
1 angelfish
3 guppies
3 swordtails
3 gourami (1 dwarf, 2 honey)

just wondering if over stocked? it's a planted tank with 2 filters running.


if i am i'll move some to my 10g instead of stocking it with new fish.

Once they're all full grown you'll be overstocked, but if they're all about half grown you're probably okay. Test your NO3 and PO4 regularly, if you find yourself having to do water changes twice a week to keep the levels under control, that's the point where you might want to think about tank #2.
Have you thought about raising some fry in the 10g? I find growing babies into healthy adults very rewarding, but that could be because my platys' babies seem to get eaten so quickly that I only ever get to see one fry out of every few batches, so watching that survivor grow up is really special for me
