Just live rock for now..

I currently have a swim tank and I would like to set up a wall of live rock so when I do finally put some corals in I'd have a nice wall set up. So my question is do I need any kind of skimmer b4 doing this? and if so should I take out the filteration that I have for the tank. Two aquaclear 110's and a 250 skilter?

Leave the filtration in, it would be bette to get the skimme rfirst so you can run it in and it will be skimming well so you can buy corasl, with the other filters be sure to do regular maintainance and keep them Nitrates down
