Now I'm just a little curious, those of you who get in your tanks what exactly do you wear for this occasion. :p:

I don't get into my tanks but this is what I wear to clean them.

It gives me the freedom and comfortability that I need to clean those 11 tanks on a hot summer day .

ash- are you trying to say that Swim is slow
Yeah , but I understand now Kas, it was the luv scenes that slowed Swimfins!

Ash - water storage in the tank room is 55 gallon food-safe rubbermaid trash cans on casters (but rarely moved). Out in the house, either tanks on two-tier stands, with bottom tanks being reservoirs for the upper, or additional tanks beside/behind tanks to serve as reservoirs. I have a lot of pumps... ;)

You electricity bill is probably worse than mine, ahh... but then again I live in Japan where electricity so expensive. LOL ;) Btw I looked into that water hardness and plants debate, and you were right ,again , old info, but I will say that I have better luck with soft water , I just can't figure out why. Back to the drawing board. Thanks again. :bowing:

On having better luck with softer water, my personal feelings are that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If your handling is based on experience with soft water and it works, there is certainly no need to change and to have to re-learn slightly modified techniques.

I agree with you totaly, but to gain more experience I think that over comming these problems is all part of the fun, the reason why I am where I am in this hobby. And I believe you have quite a lot of experience from what I have read, which also tells me you have overcome a lot of problems, a lot more than me.
