8.0 to 8.4 say add ph minus

This is just my tap water though.. my tanks ph is fine.. I just thought it was odd that everything out of the tap showed as ideal range.

if your tap water and tank water have a different pH, you need to understand why or you'll have fish problems. significant differences in pH when you do a water change is stressful to fish.

you still don't know what your pH is for either tank or tap however, if you've been using those strips.
