These are actually toads but close enough. Still can't really believe I picked these up for free off craigslist today since I have always been afraid of toads. Now when it comes to frogs I'm totally fine though.

Last time I kept any amphibians was close to 2 yrs ago when I sold off my pyxie and pacman collection along with my tiger salamanders.

Here's a few quick shots I took while they're still in the critter keeper I brought them home in.

Very healthy looking .I kinda miss the ones I used to keep.I got so tired of the cricket keeping chores.

Why are you afraid of toads?

Weird. Congrats!

They look great! Nice pickups!

Thanks

Looks to be in pretty good health. One has a wider body than other two so guessing might be female?

Why are you afraid of toads?

My mother would always tell us that toads will spray toxins at your eyes and mouth if you ever touch them. I know now that they don't do that but still afraid to touch them:o. Saw a 1" baby toad last summer and wanted to get pix of it but was too afraid to touch it to reposition it for good shots .

Maybe these guys would help alittle. Thing is these look more like frogs than toads.

Weird. Congrats!

Thanks
