Ken the Jeopardy Guy

He almost lost it last night. At several points, the other contestants were either tied with him or surpassed him in money. The very last question on the board was answered by Ken which allowed him to just pass double the amount of the contestant closest to him.

He's been hitting the buzzer before he's even sure of the answer.

I have yet to see him play.... sounds like he's getting cocky!

Since he's getting so cocky, after he loses and runs out of money he will have had a major 'change'. I've heard of a guy who won like $128,000 on the GSN show press your luck because he memorized the pattern. He ended up getting a divorce with his wife. she seemed pretty sweet. But get this: all SHE got for herself & her kids was $5,000!!!

.Don't click if you are watching Ken on Jeopardy and don't want it spoiled.

I can't voutch for the validity of the statements made in the article. The dates listed in the article don't jive for me.

Hmmm that article worries me... you are right, it doesn't make sense. If he makes it to the 41-42nd taping, then he wouldn't make it all the way into September.

I don't consider that a spoiler, but read it for yourself.

I am so frickin tired of Ken Jennings.

I watch the show almost everyday, this started when I was in the dorms and that was the only interesting show on tv. I've had to see him for 30 some odd shows now, and I can't stand him. The worst thing about it is that him and Alex have all these inside jokes with eachother now, like "I knew you were going to wager that much, its like I can read your mind..." Basically, Alex is not funny, and that's why he's the host of the show.

I think Jeopardy was kinda rigged for him, because like someone said the question did seem easier, and his competition was nothing. But I think the hype of it all is starting to fade (like sportcenter including Ken in the top 10!!!! Kill me!) So hopefully he will lose soon. Sorry, maybe I'm a bit of a conspiracy theorist.

Yeah but it doesn't make sense because if he only makes it to the 41-42nd taping, how would that carry him into September? This would mean he would have like 8 or 9 more shows to do.... the math doesn't add up.

I'm aware that he's not a betting-man, being Mormon and all, but is he purposely avoiding breaking, rather than tying, the most amount won at one time record? He's tied it twice, and has had several opportunities to surpass it. Today he had something like 40,000$ going into the final jeopardy question and the 2nd place contestant had something like 4,000$. Yet, he only bet 10,000$.

Down with Ken!:p
