if anyone is interested I have a friend that has a 55g (i gave him my old tank) and its got about 3-700 MTS in it.
I would have no problem grabbing a few handfuls and shoving them into zip lock bags and mailing them out if anyone is interested in some.
5-10 is enough to "seed" a tank.
