My 75g was a fish tank that was bought for a lizard, and the guy sold it for $80 (super cheap in my area) because he melted a tiny spot on the plastic rim (not anything that would affect structural integrity) with his heat lamp. The guy had a 4' lizard in that 4' tank.
so i answered an add for 2 fish tank stands that each held 6 24g tanks
boy was i surprised when i got there to pick them up and this is what i got now this has to be the best score i have ever gotten there is an aquaclear mini and heater each level has a light as well for each tank and only one of the tanks has a crack from when he stacked them in his garage
it came outta a small town hardware store in rural saskatchewan this will definitely be my show piece tank i think i will do bettas
this is gonna look so killer in my fish room best of all its wired to run all six tanks off of one plug and except for one tank that has rust a bit when i get done shining this up and coating the steel with a fish safe clear coat this will be a sight to be seen
also my fish room is sort of a mess as i just moved stuff all over the place to start the rip out it will look much better when i get donei was able to get free cupboards and shelving from someone that ripped out their kitchen sweeeeeeeeeeeet
also yes that is my doll in the wood case i collect cabbage patch kids amongst other things

well i got this 10g free when the lady said i could come get it she told my wife since her favourite fish died she just unplugged it 2 weeks ago and left it but the smell was getting to her, here is what i found a fouled 10g with 2 pictus cats, 1 pleco, tiger barb, albino tiger barb, red torpedo barb, and a cory cat immediately powered up a filter with new carbon on the back and a used sponge from one of my other tanks but here is what i got the tank was half empty this is after i filled it
and she told me i was gettin a new filter that she just bought but hey a free tank is a free tank ive had it for about four days now an when the water had cleared i rehomed the fish in my other tanks
i have also set up a 55g quarentine tank that i am keeping in my bedroom for holding fish that i get
i wish that people took better care of their fish but at least i get them an do my best to make life much better for them ill post some shots of them in their new homes in a week or so on my rehomed fish post

well i had a lady bring me what was suppose to be a 44g corner tank so i put it in the corner of the cafe where i had a 33g rectangle and when i started to flip the water and stuff over i knew it was not a 44g its more like 66g or so its a five side tank so i dont know how to measure it will post pics later tonight
ok the other day we got a free 10g that had 3 fancy goldfish , albino cory and a very very (mean joe green) betta
here he is just goin after the goldies

the cory has since gone into my downstairs tank with my other three cories and im gonna set up a goldie tank in my entrance entertainment unit and leave the betta in this tank

so i decided that i would redo my 33g ram tank into this one and when i finished transfering over the ram tank water an stuff the corner five side tank is actually more like a 80g i dont really know but it took at least 2.25 times the water of my 33g ill post pics of it in my tanks thread later

had a good trade today
i upgrade my 33g and was able to trade it off for 2 brand new light fixtures
a 36"/42 watt t5 plant grow and a coralife aqualight 65 watt/24 " both new in box whoooot
