I placed an order with a distributor for three Knight gobies,

I got my package today, and received - three Rhinogobius giurinus. MAJOR FAIL.

So I am once again on the look out for three Knight gobies. I can't find any in the area and one store manager said he would not order them because they get too big ( :screwy: :hitting: ) The same store sells shovelnose cats....

Anyway, if anyone has any or can get any, please let me know. I want a group of three. I am looking to pay for USPS Priority shipping only.

The problem there is the shipping - I simply am unwilling to pay that price. I ship fish all over the dang place Priority and it has never once ever cost $20 unless it was Express, and that is counting shipping supplies. If I buy from there I am at $30 and I just paid $28 for the wrong dang fish, lol.

are you gonna keep them in fresh or brakish? cuz ive wanted to keep these but idk weither to keep them in fresh or not.

Frank is a very, very, very good shipper. I'm willing to pay his price because I know the fish will arrive in good shape.

btw, I just entered in my zip code and the options were Express for $25 or free PU. So it's not priority.

email the dude. i ship fish alot too, and if you come at people like that and explain you do it too, they generally drop the extra fees. but 25$ for express aint bad. just email him and ask for priorty mail

The $20 that I mentioned is what his website quotes for Priority.

Priority Mail shipping is less expensive, but it still may not be worth it to order only a few animals. This type of delivery runs $20.00 or more.

Austin, yes I intend to keep them in BW. They will not live happily in FW. They are a true BW fish and will not thrive otherwise.
