I am new to all this but I have a Knight Goby in with some cory's and minnows and there was 2 zebra danios but now there is only 1 it seemed to dissapear overnight - would the goby haved killed? eaten? - there are no signs of any remains at all is this possible?

You betcha. Knight gobies are predators and will eat anything they can or think they can fit in their mouths. These guys can get to be 4" and they have large mouths for their size.
