KNO3 Alternative Source in Chicagoland

I have gone to every nursery and Home Depot type stores in my immediate area and cannot find KNO3 Stump Remover. All that is available is Bonide Stump Remover which is not KNO3. I checked greg watson and I will order from there if I have to, but I'd rather not pay shipping (3x price of the product)!

Does anyone live in the south Chicago suburbs that knows of a store or something that sells Spectracide Stump Remover or some toher type of KNO3? Does anyone know why I can't find it? Is it illegal to have around here because of its pyrotechnic factor or something?

Have you tried phoning hydroponics stores? Just from my experience, strangely enough, some may have no idea what you're talking about. Of all the hydroponics stores in my city, only one carries KN03 powder.
