I am down south visiting an old friend, as well as being really hot and sweaty, and decided to take advantage of the proximity and meet CaptainCaveman! Luckily he was willing to drive up to meet me, as I am without a means of transportation. So we decided to hit up the Knoxville zoo, which I had not been to since I was 11. Afterward, we went to a local fish store I had been to on a previous visit and told him about (separate thread).
So, I present to you, MY shots from the zoo. Some of them are exactly the same, but I got a few different ones.

Scratchy's relative was not in the mood to move much. It was HOT!

Female lionesses. The second to last pic is cute. Apparently the one female felt the other needed a little love.

Chimpanzees. Second one has a young chimp with her.
Red pandas are TOO cute. He was hot though, so he didn't feel like showing off.
Prairie Dogs
White rhinoceros. They were fighting!
Kookaburra. Wish he had sung. They have to coolest call.
Some kind of otters....adorable!
Andean condors. Actually got to chat with the keeper a bit about these guys, their biology, and future plans for introduction and breeding.
Various turtles. The guy in the last pic was hiding, lol.
