Hey, I don't have any ponds or such but did catch this Koi at a retention pond and is now in a comfy Koi pond of someone I know. The retention pond needs work done this fall so they may or may not kill of the fish before working on it. Wanted to make sure the little (about 2.5 feet) guy found a more secure place
in koi terms it would be "doitsu". meaning scaleless.
However in variety of koi I wouldn't know, looks like a common mirror carp though from the supermarket (no offense!!!). to properly ID the koi you would have to look at it from the top.
